Bistro KIMURA Eifukucho
ビストロKIMURA
At Bistro KIMURA Eifukucho in Eifukucho, guests can enjoy lunches starting with a seven-item appetizer platter or evening courses with varied starters and mains, paired with house-baked bread.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Arriving at the table on an expansive plate, the 9-item appetizer assortment makes an immediate impression. Situated on the second floor of a building just moments from Eifukucho Station, Bistro KIMURA Eifukucho serves accessible course-style bistro cooking made from scratch. Lunch sets begin with these vivid arrangements of marinated seasonal vegetables, tender seafood, and fluffy quiche, building anticipation for the hot soup and main plate to follow.
The roster of mains presents plenty of tempting directions. The bone-in chicken thigh confit stands out for its crisp skin and succulent meat that yields effortlessly to the fork. Diners can also choose between sirloin steak seared until tender, pan-roasted fresh catch, or lamb slowly braised in tomato sauce. Freshly baked bread arrives alongside each course, well suited for sopping up velvety pan sauces and warm soups.
In the evening, the restaurant offers flexible dinner courses where guests can assemble their preferred appetizers alongside à la carte dishes. The drink list covers wine alongside non-alcoholic cocktails, teas, and soft drinks. With its relaxed and intimate dining room, this neighborhood bistro suits casual weeknight dinners as seamlessly as it does birthdays and anniversary gatherings.
